How to View the Results of an Individual Assessment

Viewing the results of an individual assessment in the Transition Readiness Toolkit (TRT) is a straightforward process. Follow the steps below to access detailed information about a student's assessment responses:

Step 1: Log in to the TRT Platform

  1. Go to TRT Platform and log in with your credentials.

Step 2: Access 'Student Data'

  1. From the Home page or the Data Views page, click on 'Student Data'.

Step 3: Search for the Student

  1. Enter the student's Participant ID in the search box.
  2. All submissions matching the Participant ID will be displayed.

Step 4: View Assessment Responses

  1. Click on the row corresponding to the assessment you wish to view.
  2. This action will display the student's responses to each assessment question.

Scoring Information

  • Scoring: All questions are scored on a 0-3 scale:
    • 0: The student needs the most support.
    • 3: The student requires minimal or no support.
