Direct entry into the online software is possible when all students in the group have access to an electronic device connected to the internet (e.g., computer, tablet, or smartphone). Be mindful that each student will need to have their unique participant IDs to access the transition tools. This preferred method allows for immediate data entry and real-time feedback while reducing the risk of data entry errors.
Additionally, in cases where students may not have access to an electronic device that is connected to the internet, the tools can be administered using the paper-and-pencil versions available on the website, ensuring flexibility to accommodate varying situations and needs.
When employing the paper and pencil administration method, providers must input the responses into the TRT software within 48 hours of student completion.
