How to Search Student Data

View Recent Submissions

  1. Log in to the TRT.
  2. From the left side menu, click Recent Submissions.
  3. Enter the student’s Participant ID in the search box.
  4. Review the list of matching submissions.
  5. Click a row to view the student’s responses.

View a Student Profile

  1. On the Home page, click Student Profile View.
  2. Enter the student’s Participant ID.
  3. Click to open the student’s profile.
  4. Review recent submissions and progress over time.

Scoring Information

All questions are scored on a 0–3 scale:

  • 0 = The student needs the most support
  • 3 = The student is the most independent
