It allows users to administer assessments offline, sync responses when connected to the internet, and view individual assessment results.
2. How is the TRT App different from the TRT Website?
While the TRT website provides a comprehensive suite of tools, including data visualizations and reporting, the TRT app is specifically designed for administering assessments. The app focuses on capturing assessment data in real-time, but it does not include:
- Data visualizations
- Aggregate reports
- Administrative features like user management
3. Who can use the TRT App?
The app is intended for providers who have completed their TRT training. If you have not completed the required training, you will not be able to access the app. Please contact your organization to ensure your training is up-to-date.
4. Can I use the app offline?
Yes! The TRT App is designed to work offline, allowing you to administer assessments without an internet connection. Once you regain internet access, you can sync the responses to the TRT system. Users will need an internet connection to download the application and to sign into their account.
5. What assessments can I administer with the app?
The app includes all Pre-ETS assessments available through the TRT platform. Providers can select and administer the appropriate assessments for students.
6. Can I view data visualizations or reports in the app?
No, the app is focused solely on assessment administration. You must log into the TRT website to view data visualizations or generate reports.
7. I completed an assessment, but it hasn’t synced. What should I do?
If your completed assessments haven’t synced:
- Ensure you have an active internet connection.
- Open the app and allow it to sync automatically. If the issue persists, contact support at support@avihumanservices.org.
8. I can’t log into the app. What should I do?
If you’re unable to log into the app:
- Verify that your training is complete. Only trained users have access to the app.
- Confirm that your login credentials are correct or Reset your Password
