If you see an Access Denied message in the TRT, it usually means one of these things:
- Your training is not complete
- Your account information is missing
Option 1: Complete Your Training
- Log in to the TRT.
- Go to the Training page.
- Watch all required videos.
- Finish all training steps, including claiming your certificate.
- Your role will update automatically upon completion.
Option 2: Complete Your Account Information
- Log in to the TRT.
- Click My Account in the sidebar menu.
- Select Edit Profile.
- Fill out all required fields.
- Click Save.
