Resolving Access Denied Errors

If you see an Access Denied message in the TRT, it usually means one of these things:

  • Your training is not complete
  • Your account information is missing

Option 1: Complete Your Training

  1. Log in to the TRT.
  2. Go to the Training page.
  3. Watch all required videos.
  4. Finish all training steps, including claiming your certificate.
  5. Your role will update automatically upon completion.

Option 2: Complete Your Account Information

  1. Log in to the TRT.
  2. Click My Account in the sidebar menu.
  3. Select Edit Profile.
  4. Fill out all required fields.
  5. Click Save.
