If you’re seeing an "Access Denied" error message when trying to use the Transition Readiness Toolkit (TRT), don’t worry! This issue typically occurs for one of two reasons:
- You haven’t completed your training.
- Your required demographic information is incomplete.
Below, we’ll guide you through how to resolve each scenario so you can access the TRT without further interruptions.
1. Complete Your Training
To ensure that data collected is as accurate as possible, you must complete the required training before gaining full access to the assessments. Here’s how to complete your training:
- Watch the training videos
- Go to the Training Videos page and watch all the videos. This step takes just over an hour and will provide you with the foundational knowledge needed to use the toolkit effectively.
- Schedule a follow-up meeting
- After watching the videos, schedule a quick session with one of our team members. This meeting will verify your understanding of the TRT and finalize your training process.
- Role Update
- Once your training is complete, your role will be updated, and you’ll have full access to all the toolkit features.
If you have questions or need help scheduling your follow-up meeting, please contact us.
2. Complete Your Demographic Information
The TRT requires certain demographic information on your account to unlock full functionality. Follow these steps to complete your profile:
- Click on 'My Account' from the side menu.
- Select 'Edit Profile'
- Complete all required fields.
- Click the "Save" button at the bottom of the page.
