Resolving Firewall Issues

If you or your team are experiencing difficulty accessing the Transition Readiness Toolkit (TRT) website, the issue may be related to your network's firewall settings. This article will help you resolve these issues and ensure uninterrupted access to the TRT.

Steps to Resolve Firewall Issues

    To allow access to the TRT, please ensure your IT team whitelists the following URLs within your network's firewall settings:

Alternative Option: Paper and Pencil Assessments

If access to the TRT remains temporarily restricted due to internet or firewall issues, we encourage providers to use the paper and pencil versions of the assessments. These printable versions are available for download and can be used to administer assessments effectively in settings with limited or unavailable internet access.

Once completed, the results from the paper assessments can be entered into the TRT platform manually when internet access is restored.
