How to Add Users

This function is only available to Agency Managers. If you are unsure who your agency's manager is, please contact us.

Adding a Single User

Step 1: Click 'My account' in the main menu.

Step 2: Click 'Manage Users'.

Step 3: Click '+ Add User'.

Step 4: Complete the form and click 'Add User'.

Adding Multiple Users

Step 5: You can add multiple users at once by uploading a CSV file. To do this, click 'Import Users' and follow the directions in the pop-up window.
