How to Administer an Assessment With a Student-Specific Link

Provider Instructions

  1. Log in to the TRT Platform:
  2. Generate a Link:
    • From the Home page under 'Mangage Student Access', click “+Generate Link”.
  3. Complete the Access Link Details:
    • Enter the student’s Participant ID twice.
    • Select the assessment from the dropdown menu (e.g., Job Exploration, Workplace Soft Skills).
    • Click 'Save'.
  4. Share the link:
    • Copy the link and share it with your student. 
  5. View the Results:
    • After the assessment is completed, view the results by clicking on the eye icon.

Unless deleted manually, access codes and links will remain in the table for one week before being automatically removed.

Student Instructions

  1. Access the Assessment:
    • Click on the link that your instructor gave you.
  2. Complete the Assessment:
    • Follow the prompts to complete the assessment.
